Warm Haven is a community-centered group home organization committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. It comprises of a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support. They work tirelessly to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where each resident feels valued and respected.
PROBLEM:
Healthcare organizations across New York operate in one of the most demanding environments in the country. Every day, they navigate a delicate balance between delivering high-quality care and meeting the emotional, cultural, and logistical needs of a diverse population. Patients arrive with anxiety, uncertainty, and high expectations, yet the systems meant to serve them often feel cold, complex, and disconnected. At the same time, healthcare providers face increasing pressure to stand out in a crowded market, maintain trust, communicate clearly, and prove reliability in every interaction—online, on-site, and through every touchpoint in between. With cultural diversity, language barriers, and rapidly rising digital expectations, New York’s healthcare landscape demands brands that don’t just look modern but actually guide, reassure, and connect patients from the moment they encounter the organization.
SOLUTION:
Warm Haven aims to bridge this gap by acting more than a healthcare brand but like a guide, a companion, and a steadying hand. We aim to humanize the system rather than just decorate it through its thoughtful empathetic branding, thereby bridging the gap in trust, improving communication, strengthening patient relationships, and restoring dignity in places where patients often feel vulnerable.
With unique brand language elements like their colors, imagery work, soft gradients, rounded forms, they help lower anxiety even before a patient speaks to a doctor. They help create a serene environment with a sense of belonging , reminding patients that they are not just another appointment number but individuals who matter.
With the presence of their brand collateral and assets, Warm Haven introduces a level of consistency that simplifies the entire journey. Buildings become easier to navigate, staff becomes easier to identify, information becomes easier to understand, and patients feel guided instead of lost, and supported instead of overwhelmed.

Brand Strategy & Creation: We created a modern, cohesive brand identity with consistent visuals, colors, and typography, including social media integration to reflect Warm Haven's mission and enhance recognition, as well as aligning its vision with its commitment to ethical growth.
The Idea
A couple of things were considered, in creating the ideal logo for Warm Haven. Things spanning from important keywords that align with the role the brand plays in the lives of its target audience, compared to other cliche designs where an icon representing a particular area of service to a particular brand is just used as a main identity or icon for the brand, without giving considerations to some other things noted in the brief of the brand.

Icons & Avatars
Typography
The logotype embodies the essence of the brand's philosophy through its design. Crafted from the Sans-serif family, and designed by Pavel Palov in 2019, Golos has a feiendly, approachable feel, which makes it the perfect choice for a caregiver brand. The font was also chosen because of its “versatile” nature. It works well in various contexts, from digital interfaces to print materials, and is suitable for both formal and informal communications.
Its uniqueness in its distinctive design sets the font apart from more traditional fonts, allowing the brand to stand out in the caregiving industry. The font’s rounded edges and soft curves evoke a sense of empathy and understanding, aligning with the emotional support caregivers provide. It also evokes a level of professionalism, ensuring the brand appears trustworthy and reliable.
Overall, Golos strikes a perfect balance between warmth, legibility, professionalism, and also reflects the values and mission of the Warm Haven Group Brand, making it an excellent choice for it.
