Discovery Call
A quick 30-45 minute call to understand your brand and how I can best add value. We'll verbally agree on project scope, deliverables, timeframe, and budget.

Project Proposal (Packages & Process)
Using the information gathered from our discovery call, I will create a detailed PDF of a bespoke project proposal containing the packages, process, and timeline we discussed. This allows you to review the information at your convenience and share it with any team members or senior decision-makers before making your final decision.

Signed & Sealed
Once a package has been confirmed, I'll send across your invoice for your initial payment. On receiving payment confirmation, we'll then schedule and secure a time on my calendar and send across the contract, questionnaire, and deposit invoice for 50% of the agreed project fee.

Branding Questionnaire
To ensure we're aligned and set your brand up for long-term success, I'll provide a comprehensive Branding Questionnaire. We'll review and discuss it together during our scheduled ZOOM call, allowing me to tailor my approach to your unique business goals and objectives.

Client Strategy Call
Our call will be an in-depth exploration of your business, covering essential topics like your role, challenges, and goals. We'll also discuss your expectations, target audience, competitors, and industry landscape to ensure I have a thorough grasp of your needs and context.
Design Process
1) Onboarding
You'll receive an exclusive link to your client portal, which is a project management system and a hub for the entire project.
In the client portal, you'll be able to keep track of the timeline, see presentations, book calls, provide feedback and more.
This keeps the project organised with everything accessible in one place.
2) Strategy
We'll have a brand strategy call to dive into the heart of your business, target audience, competitors, and more.
From the findings and analysis, I'll create a strategy and creative direction presentation for two distinct design directions/moodboards that thoughtfully addresses your brief. Each direction will include comprehensive design elements, such as logo, color palettes, typography, and more, presented in a clear and cohesive manner.
3) Brand Design
Using the approved moodboard and strategy from the previous stage, I'll work on developing your visual identity.
This includes designing a responsive logo suite, creating illustrations or brand patterns, identifying complimentary font pairings, and developing a strategic color palette.
4) Design Presentation
Being presented with various design concepts can be overwhelming, so I've streamlined my approach to create the most powerful concepts that align with your brand.
I'll present this single concept in a brand presentation complete with mockups and other visual aids. You'll then provide feedback , and any necessary adjustments will be made.
5) Feedback & Touchpoints
Now that your branding has been approved, it's time to bring it to life! I'll start implementing your branding across all touchpoints that we've agreed upon as part of your package. The additional touchpoints (packaging) will be presented in a presentation via a ZOOM call, addressing your concerns, ensuring we perfect every detail before finalizing each deliverable.
6) Offboarding
Once you've given me the green light and signed off on the entire project, I'll send over the final invoice for the remaining project fee, while creating a Brand Guidelines Document.
This guide is your go-to for all things brand identity and assets, offering an in-depth understanding on everything pertaining to your brand.
Upon payment, I'll package up all design assets in a neatly organized, easy-to-use folder system to help you successfully launch and maintain your brand. Are you ready to bring your brand to life?
