THE CRAFT HOUSE is a premium interior design and build firm that bridges the gap between aesthetic vision and structural execution. They don't just decorate spaces; they architect experiences from the inside out.
THE CHALLENGE:
The interior design market is saturated with firms that either focus solely on surface-level aesthetics or lack the design sensibility their target clientele demands. From our call with the client, and from our research, we realized that THE CRAFT HOUSE needed a brand identity that would:
  • Clearly communicate their unique dual expertise in high-end interior design and custom interior construction.
  • Attract discerning clients undertaking major renovations and custom built-ins, not just cosmetic updates.
  • Justify their premium pricing by visually signaling quality, craftsmanship, and architectural integrity.
  • Differentiate them from both "fluffy" decorators and purely technical builders.
THE SOLUTION:
A robust brand identity system built on the core idea of "Structural Elegance." We developed a visual language that feels both artistically inspired and architecturally sound, mirroring their unique position in the market. The cornerstone of this system is an intelligent logomark that tells their entire story at a glance.
The Idea: Deconstructing the Mark
The logo is the heart of the brand story. It’s a multi-layered symbol designed for recognition and meaning.
  • The "Craft C": The primary form is an abstract, jagged letter "C," directly representing the CRAFT in their name. It embodies the raw, artisanal, and hands-on process of their work.
  • The Inverted House: In a moment of strategic clarity, we discovered that inverting the "C" reveals a universal symbol for HOME. This dual imagery perfectly encapsulates the mission of the brand.
  • The Foundation: The negative space within the mark forms a boomerang or inverted "V" shape. This is a direct nod to architectural foundations and structural support, symbolizing the trust, stability, and integrity that underpins every one of their beautiful designs.
Typography & Icon
The font pairing is meticulously chosen to reflect the brand's duality: the bold, structural statement of construction and the clean, refined elegance of design.
Primary Font: GOOD TIMES
It's a wide, capsule-shaped sans-serif display font inspired by the instrumentation of Pontiac cars from 1968-1994. Its straight lines, simple forms, and unconnected strokes emit integrity, strength, and a forward-thinking confidence. This is the voice of The Craft House's foundational work—strong, serious, and sophisticated.*
Usage: Exclusively for the primary logo mark and powerful, short headlines.
Secondary Font: Helvetica Light / Helvetica Neue
We selected Helvetica Light for its unparalleled clarity, neutrality, and modern elegance. As one of the most iconic typefaces in architecture and design, it perfectly complements the boldness of Good Times. Its clean geometry and excellent legibility make it ideal for communicating complex information with refined simplicity.
Usage: For all supporting communication—sub-headlines, body text, client documents, and web UI.
This structured typographic hierarchy ensures the brand's communication is always as impeccably crafted as the spaces they build.
Color Palette

The color strategy is intentionally monochromatic and architectural. It moves beyond mere decoration to communicate the brand's core values: clarity, sophistication, and structural integrity.

  • Pure White #FFFFFF: The Canvas. Used for backgrounds to create a clean, open canvas that emphasizes space and clarity, much like a perfectly prepared room.
  • Warm Gray #AAAAAA: The Nuance. A mid-tone gray that adds depth and warmth, representing the subtle textures and layered materials within a designed space.
  • Charcoal #555555: The Structure. The primary brand color. This deep, stable gray symbolizes the architectural bones and foundational strength behind every beautiful interior.
  • Jet Black #000000: The Signature. Used for primary logo application and key typography to communicate absolute sophistication, authority, and timelessness.
