Best Olah Properties
INDUSTRY: Real Estate YEAR: 2025
LOCATION: Nigeria
SERVICES: Brand Identity
The real estate industry is a challenging landscape, fraught with fierce competition, fluctuating market conditions, and the ever-present need to build trust with clients. In such a dynamic environment, standing out requires more than just offering properties; it demands a brand that resonates deeply with its audience. This is where BEST OLAH Properties has carved its unique mark.
CHALLENGE:
As a brand strategist, I’m used to dissecting companies—peeling back polished logos and taglines to find the real story beneath. So when I first met Mr. Best Olah on Zoom, I expected another real estate agent with a generic pitch. But instead, i found a man dissecting his own industry's flaws with surgical precisio-he just didn't know he ws holding the scalpel.
But within minutes, his branding’s quiet confidence intrigued me. That was when my brand expert instincts snapped to attention. His frustrations weren't complaints but more of diagnostic data. After the conclusion of the 45 mins zoom call we had, we discovered that some of his challenges included:
  • Market Saturation (His hidden advantage) : The real estate market is crowded with numerous players, making it difficult for any single brand to capture attention. His lack of corporate polish meant he could be the antidote to faceless franchises—if we positioned him as the "human algorithm" (all intuition, no cold automation).
  • Trust Deficit (His Unfair Edge) : When he admitted: "I show clients the ugly cracks in properties first," I nearly cheered. He’d accidentally created a trust hack—the "flaws-first" approach that actually builds credibility. Most brands bury this in fine print; we’d make it his headline.
  • Economic Volatility (His Secret Weapon) : Market fluctuations can impact buying behavior, requiring brands to be adaptable and resilient. His rant about "clients panicking over headlines" revealed gold: He’d been quietly creating "crisis cheat sheets" (simple explainers on market swings). Unbranded, undervalued thought leadership—waiting to be scaled.
  • Client Expectations (HisTrojan Horse) : They all say ‘find me a dream home,’ but nobody asks what keeps them up at night.' There it was—his subconscious empathy framework. While competitors sold square footage, he was already solving sleep (the ultimate premium product). Modern clients seek more than just a property; they desire a seamless, personalized experience.
RESULTS:
  • Elevated his brand presence with a distinctive identity by combining trust, innovation and a client-centric approach.
  • Polished brand and marketing strategy not only addressed the inherent challenges of the real estate business but also set new standards of excellence.

Brand Identity & Creation
The goal was to create a modern, cohesive brand identity with consistent visuals, colors, and typography, to enhance Best Olah's recognition.
Conceptualization
A couple of things were considered, in creating the ideal logo for Best Olah Properties. One of which was geared toward using elements associated with the brand. They include:
  1. Dominant "B" Shape.
  • The left vertical structure clearly forms the letter "B" (for "Best")
  • Its sharp lines suggest a high-rise building, conveying professionalism and growth
  1. Circular "O" Integration
  • The curved element at the base forms the letter "O" (for "Olah")
  • Resembles both a keyhole (access to property) and a roof’s silhouette (home symbolism)
  1. Triangular Roof Motif
  • The peak of the design mirrors a house’s gable roof, tying to residential real estate
  • Creates visual balance between corporate (tower) and personal (home)
What makes this logo mark a strong one are the. . .
Dual Meaning: High-rise (B) + Home (O) = Full real estate spectrum
Scalability: Clean lines work at any size, and
Memorability: The fused initials are unique to your brand
The logo successfully avoids clichés (like generic rooftops or obvious real estate related icons) while keeping the brand’s essence clear.
Typography & Colour Palette
The logotype embodies the essence of the brand's philosophy through its design. Morgant Regular is a contemporary serif typeface that blends classic elegance with modern clarity. It features subtle, refined details that convey professionalism without stiffness.
The font’s name hints at "morning" (newness) + "grant" (stability), subtly echoing real estate’s promise of fresh starts anchored in security. Its key characteristics include moderate stroke variation that ensures readability when used, at any size, from business cards to billboards. Its gentle curves in letters like "a" and "g" add warmth, avoiding the coldness of geometric fonts.
Overall, Morgant regular is a suitable font for the Best Olah brand due to the brand’s dual identity: trust (via its timeless structure) and approachability (through its humanist touches). It’s a font that doesn’t shout but endures—much like a well-built home.

Testimonial
Teaming up with Paul and his team really took my real estate brand to the next level. As a newcomer to the industry, I was looking for a way to create an identity that would not only build trust but also help me stand out – and they nailed it. The logo design is fantastic, blending my initials with a few subtle architectural touches, and the whole arangement strikes just the right balance between professionalism and warmth.
What really blew me away was their strategic mindset. They didn’t just pick any random icon for my logo that you might find on google; they actually helped me position my brand in a competitive landscape. Since I rolled out this new identity, I’ve seen more engagement from clients and a lot more serious inquiries. Their help has been crucial in establishing my credibility right from the start."
