Astroglobe is a premium luxurious real estate brand that focuses on offering its service to the wealthy & high class who are looking to invest in "state of the art" luxury properties.
Challenge: Dozie, got to know of me through a friend who was about to leave the country. This was his first time meeting with me, and as such, he was really skeptical at first as to if i could live up to his expectations as i was recommended. Dozie owned a real estate business that attracted low-budget clients who struggled to pay for the style of properties he was selling. His existing brand was not aligning properly to attract hsi required type of clientele to his business.
Solution: To solve this problem, our mission was to embark on a visual rebrand for astroglobe by creating a distinguishing brand identity that best reflects the brands values and unique personality, while also keeping in mind to make sure the brand comes out as something easy to read, something that emits a sense of professionalism and class, a brand that will be perceived as simple, clean and adaptable for various uses, and most importantly, not restricted to it's present service alone, but also allow for easy brand extension in the future.
RESULTS:
  • Got clear on how to position Astroglobe to be perceived as one of the major go to luxury real estate firms in the country
  • Created a polished brand and marketing strategy to get his expertise to the right audience through well planned social media content strategy, while still making sure the brand maintains a unique brand style across all social media channels of their choice.
  • A brand identity and web design that reflects the authority that his brand possesses.

The Ideology
Competitive Analysis
The client made mention of some specifics as to who they might consider as some of their ideal clients. Using the timeline as to how long they've been running as a business, i decided to carry out an industry research of businesses similar to theirs that have also been running almost around the same time range, and added to the research a competitor that had achieved their goal as to the position my client was aiming to achieve as well. So these were considered as a competitor reference to help guide us to the unique approach used for the Astroglobe rebrand.
Color palette
The choice of colors was another challenge we came across in the duration of the project. Though the client had some options in mind to use, we decided to propose and recommend a more effective color code that aligns with their brand as well as what their brand represents.
